It is rare that I read about wholly logical court decisions when it comes to software and computers, so it makes me happy that sometimes, stupid suits are dismissed, as was the case with the family of a Columbine victim’s lawsuit that suggested video games were partially responsible for the killings. As every person who also subscribes to the drug “logic” would have told you aeons ago, games do not a killer make.
